Welcome to the gathering place for Known By His Names, the book that grew out of 365 Days of the Great Names of God, a series originally published on this blog. On this page, you will find related downloadable/printable graphics, extra resources, and links to the original name posts as they appeared on this site, listed in the order they appear in the book. For ongoing posts and updates, I would be honored to have you join my mailing list; I absolutely promise not to bombard your inbox. More than anything, may His great names be known and praised forever.

I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to tell me what you really think. Years ago, I explained to my then-two-year-old that my appointment with a counselor was "sort of like going to a doctor who will help me be a better mommy." Without blinking, she replied, "You'd better go every day." All of which is just to say I've spent some time in the school of brutal honesty!

ReplyDeleteDear Elizabeth,
ReplyDeleteYour article on Ten things you & God want for your adult children, is the finest writing I have read on the subject. Thank you!
I forwarded your article to my three adult children, and five adult grandchildren.
This is the first time I have been impressed to send a writing that reflected my feelings so well on this topic. The Holy Spirit was with you as you chose the scriptures and wrote the article. And the Spirit moved me to send it onward with my encouragement.
Praise be to Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost,
Joanne
Elizabeth, I read an article (on Crosswalk) you wrote. Do you have a recording of one of your worship services? I would love to listen. Currently I’m dismayed because our church worship is so frustrating. Maybe I’m kinda old fashioned but I need to find a church where scripture is somewhat in the song. Right now I’d love a breath of anointed worship while I hunt for another church.
