Gift Guide-a-Palooza

We're still enthusiastically celebrating pie-a-palooza around here (pumpkin, chocolate cream, and muddy turtle), but if your thoughts are turning toward Christmas gift-giving, here are a few guides to help you along.

    Thanks, Elizabeth - I'll do some shopping today!!!! I've been meaning to ask you: do you have a cute jar on your kitchen counters that holds nothing but chocolate chips? I do and my daughter thought it curious. I find it convenient. Will send pic. xx

      Thank YOU, Sue, for your advocacy of introverts everywhere even though you aren't one! I do have a cute container on my counter that holds nothing but chocolate chips...it is not a jar, though, but a "vintage"-ish Ghiradelli chocolate tin. Which seems appropriate! I think your jar makes perfect sense and will look forward to seeing a picture! :)

      Oh, Lisa, my Lisa, you are the sweetest to remember! You and I do love our puns, don't we?! I was thinking about you earlier today...not about puns, but because someone said they wished I'd sent them a slice of pie, and OF COURSE I thought about our food fax! ;) Hugs, sweet friend!

I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to tell me what you really think. Years ago, I explained to my then-two-year-old that my appointment with a counselor was "sort of like going to a doctor who will help me be a better mommy." Without blinking, she replied, "You'd better go every day." All of which is just to say I've spent some time in the school of brutal honesty!
